Very friendly. Came out immediately, and was a fair price. Beyond Pumps had “fixed” it, and when the control panel that they had installed began to rattle and smell like burnt wire, we had to shut off the power. After contacting them about the problem, and them promising to come back out, they began ignoring calls, texts, and voicemails for almost 4 days, and never showed up.
